Great Team Members

Encompass Financial Services, Inc

Who Would Make a Great Team Member?

Companies are always looking for great team members who can grow with them into the future.  Our firm is no different in that need, which is why we’re constantly looking for individuals that can fit our office culture of integrity, confidentiality, professionalism, and energy.

The technical work performed by our team can be very demanding and is always exceptionally precise.  As such, while almost anyone can be trained to do the tasks, only a few will have the passion and temperament to perform well under very taxing circumstances.

Our Experience

Our ideal team member possesses the following attitudes, behaviors, and characteristics to allow them to succeed to the highest levels: (These are not in any order of priority.)

  • Highest level of integrity at all times.
  • Ability to maintain client confidentiality at all times.
  • Dedication to doing every job well, regardless of how “important” the job is.
  • Professionalism in thought, action, and dress.
  • Energetic and Passionate about helping clients, even when it is difficult and demanding.
  • Confident, but not arrogant in any way.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Positive attitude and sense of humor.
  • Reliability in showing up on time, on getting assigned tasks done, and on supporting other staff.
  • Able to collaborate with others, yet think independently.
  • Able to learn from their mistakes, and the mistakes of others.

If you have some of these unique attitudes, behaviors, and characteristics, we encourage you to consider applying for any of the positions we have available in our office.
